- Coordinate vendor shipping dates, inland transportation, warehousing consolidation and on-hands reports
- Confirm and arrange packaging and labeling requirements, warehouse delivery, and container loading
- Reserve shipping space and dates (air and sea)
- Prepare consolidated shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Manage China export customs clearance and procedures
- Oversee destination port import customs clearance and procedures
- Provide shipment tracking and delivery confirmation
